Meena Sankaran is an accomplished technology executive, business leader, and evangelist driving global strategy and innovation for customer success through a variety of leadership roles over the last 16+ years prior to founding KETOS. As a technologist and a purpose-driven Entrepreneur, she believes in leveraging technology and building business models for challenges that bring about global change and deliver solutions to impact at a grassroots level.
She has a BE in Electronics Engineering from India and MS in Electrical ENGg from UTA, Texas. Her Leadership in KETOS’s engineering innovation, product & business strategy, team discipline, and strong culture are instrumental in the path to success. She has been a winner of several awards including being featured on Forbes as one of the awe-inspiring women, 100 global innovators by Goldman Sachs to name a few and even represented SDG#6 at the United Nations.
Dan Erck has more than 20 years of experience successfully scaling SaaS companies, from PE-backed turnarounds to pre-IPO startups and Fortune 500 enterprises, across a variety of industries. Prior to joining KETOS, Dan led strategic accounts for DoubleClick, acquired by Google, and headed enterprise sales and technical services for Auditude, acquired by Adobe. After 8 years at Adobe, during which time he grew its Primetime video streaming business from $0 to $100M in ARR, he joined Indigo, the pioneering ag tech startup, as VP/GM of its grain marketplace. Earlier in his career, Dan was a journalist for Time Magazine, based in Hong Kong and New York. He holds a BA in American Government from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ermias Leggesse holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and has more than 12+ years of experience in organic, inorganic, and organometallic materials synthesis and characterization for chemical sensing and electrochemical energy-related applications. Prior to joining KETOS, Dr. Leggesse worked at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory on a joint project between a research group here in the US and Taiwan. As a director of R&D, Ermias has been instrumental in leading KETOS’s research team to develop advanced materials for sensor applications as well as designing and validating appropriate sensing methodologies.
Cameron Smith brings over 12+ years of experience leading and driving performance for start-up technology companies in both the SAAS and logistics space. She is a proven financial leader who focuses on operational excellence and reporting in order to help scale the businesses she works in. With experience in venture capital fundraising, acquisitions and an IPO she brings a wide range of financial expertise to Ketos. Prior to KETOS, She was the Director of FP&A and Rev Ops at Flock Freight, a B Corp specializing in shared truckload logistics as well as roles at SAAS companies Apptio and Zingle (sold to Medallia Inc). She is a CPA, with public accounting experience and has an accounting degree from the University of Washington.
Anand Grover has over 20 years of experience building and leading supply chain and customer operations organizations globally. Anand is a leader with a passion & proven track record for building, scaling, simplifying, and transforming business to benefit and protect the way we live and work. Prior to joining KETOS, Anand led supply chain organizations at Fortune 500 and pre-IPO start-ups where he demonstrated a track record of success. Most recently, Anand was VP of Supply Chain and Supply Chain Transformation at Symantec and VP of Supply Chain and Service Operations at Blue Coat Systems and prior held leadership roles at Apple and Quantum along with other technology companies. Anand holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in Finance.
