Brent is a leading environmental lawyer and policy professional based in Washington DC, with over 30 years experience as an environmental professional. He is the founder and chair of the Earth & Water Law Group, a full service virtual environmental solutions provider comprised of Earth & Water Law and E&W Strategies. Prior to founding E&W, Brent was a partner with the law firm Troutman Sanders and prior to that served as Senior Vice President at United Water, where he was responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s environment, health and safety programs for its operations throughout North America.
Alex Beehler provides consulting services on environmental energy matters for clients dealing with federal agencies, particularly the Department of Defense and the military components. Experience serving as a primary advisor to Department of Defense senior leadership for all matters related to energy and environmental policy, compliance, oversight, safety and coordination of energy security. Previously served as the 16th U.S. Senate confirmed Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Army (Installations, Energy and Environment) and Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Environment, Safety and Occupational Health).

Monica Ellis is the CEO of Global Water Challenge (GWC), a sector leader in mobilizing clean water access, advancing water security and community empowerment in high need regions around the world. Monica also serves as CEO of the Global Environment & Technology Foundation, a leading non-profit organization that advances sustainability through public-private partnerships. Under her leadership, GETF and GWC have mobilized over $400 million in investment for clean water access and community development efforts that today benefit over 15 million people in Africa, Central and Latin America, and India.
Will Sarni is the founder and CEO of Water Foundry a water strategy consultancy. He is also the CEO of the Colorado River Basin Fund, the first placed-based water technology venture fund in the United States. He has been a sustainability and water strategy advisor to multinationals, water technology companies, investors, and non-governmental organizations.
Dr. Neil Hawkins has dedicated his career to collaborating to define a positive and impactful role for business in global sustainable development and public policy. For 31 years, he was a key leader at Dow, ultimately serving as Chief Sustainability Officer and CVP, Environment, Health, & Safety for the last twelve years – part of the top leadership of the company.
Biju George serves as the Executive Vice President, Utilities. He is responsible for technology products and services development and delivery to all our water and energy utility customers in this capacity.
Mr. George has more than 35 years of diversified technical and management experience. He is recognized as an innovative leader in the water sector. Mr. George served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President roles at DC Water, Executive Director of Greater Cincinnati Water Works, and Deputy Director position at Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati.
Mr. George has built a reputation of building public sector contracting services by offering billing and call center services during his tenure with Greater Cincinnati Waterworks, and international service offerings and successful commercialization of intellectual properties while at DC Water.
Mr. George has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and he is a licensed professional engineer in Ohio.
Jennifer Helle is a Managing Director at Accenture and the North American Chemicals and Natural Resources Industry Lead. Her work involves innovation-based industries, including agribusiness, building materials, chemicals, forest products, mining, and metals. As a combination of client advocate and people developer, Jennifer promotes the philosophy of challenging the status quo to make the world a better place.
Her 35-year career at Accenture began in the public sector where she spent time in products and life sciences before moving into chemicals and natural resources. This cross-industry experience has given her a unique perspective on the diverse stakeholders across value chains and ecosystems.
